The blades are stitched with a CNC machine which produces a uniform tooth pattern and height allowing for a steady removal rate and an even finish. This is considered a fine cut rasp with 22 teeth per square centimeter. The handle is 5 3/4 inch long, 1 1/2 inches in diameter and has a brass ferrule. Handle is made hard and dense Hornbeam.
